StoneCrusher365 (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”, “Mobile Application”, or “StoneCrusher365”) is a website and mobile platform owned and operated by InfoEnum Software Systems (hereinafter referred to as “StoneCrusher365”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). StoneCrusher365 is offered under the Karobar365 product line of InfoEnum Software Systems.

Customer business data entered into a product (for example customer ledgers, invoices, or worker records) is processed on behalf of the subscribing organization. That organization remains the controller of its operational data; we act as a service provider / processor for that data.

- login credentials and authentication data;
- role and permission settings within the product.
3.2 Business / operational data
Depending on the product modules you use, this may include customers, vendors, products, sales orders, invoices, payments, expenses, vehicles, workers, attendance, notes, attachments, and related records that your organization chooses to store in the service.
3.3 Usage, device, and technical data
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system;
- pages visited, feature usage, approximate location derived from IP;
- log data, diagnostic events, crash or error reports;
- mobile push-notification tokens (if you enable notifications).
3.4 Communications
Messages you send us (email, forms, support requests), including demo or waitlist inquiries.

7. Analytics

StoneCrusher365 is operated for customers in India. Infrastructure or subprocessors may process data in India or other countries. Where cross-border transfers occur, we take reasonable contractual and organizational measures consistent with applicable law.

We retain account and operational data for as long as your organization maintains an active subscription or account, and thereafter for a limited period as needed for backups, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. You may request deletion subject to our Terms, technical constraints, and legal retention requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong passwords and protect account credentials.

StoneCrusher365 products are designed for business use and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
